As the cooler weather descends, some of us are preparing for the warmer clothes we can wear and candles that can burn, while others start to dread fending off seasonal mood changes, which can include depression. Seasonal Affective Disorder is a real thing, and it shows how many people deal with these same challenges ever fall-winter.
